In life, it is important to remember that nothing worth having comes easy. Whether it is success, happiness, or even love, all require effort and hard work. This is true for all aspects of life, including our faith and relationship with Allah.

It takes effort and determination to change our old habits and patterns and form new, positive ones. This means taking a look at our thoughts, behaviors, and reactions and making changes where necessary.

But the road to change can be a difficult one, and it can be easy to feel overwhelmed and alone. That’s why having a support system, like a professional coach, can be so valuable. They can help guide us through the process of self-improvement and provide us with the tools and support we need to be successful.

Remember, Allah promises that with hardship comes ease. So, if you’re ready to put in the effort, know that the reward will be worth it. With hard work, patience, and faith, you can achieve the life you desire and become the best version of yourself.

Allah says

Surah Al-Inshirah (94:5-6) – “Indeed, with hardship comes ease. Indeed, with hardship comes ease.”

Just because we feel something doesn’t make it true.  Our feelings are not facts. How often do we stop to question our feelings,  or do we find it easier to accept them as a reality.

Truth is, there are so many people out there whom have gone through these feelings. But we can’t see it because we believe that we are alone and so we feel like we are alone.

“With hardship comes ease” is a phrase that is frequently mentioned in the Quran and is a promise from Allah (SWT) to believers. It means that no matter how difficult a situation may seem, there is always hope and relief on the horizon. When we face challenges and difficulties in life, it is easy to feel overwhelmed and hopeless. However, this phrase is a reminder that Allah (SWT) is always with us, and that there will come a time when things will become easier.

Allah says

Surah Al-Balad (90:4-5) – “So verily, with the hardship, there is relief, verily with the hardship there is relief.”

The message of “with hardship comes ease” is that no matter how challenging a situation may be, it is only temporary and will eventually come to an end. Just as the night must end to make way for the day, so too must the difficult times give way to ease and comfort. This is a promise from Allah (SWT) that no matter what obstacles we may face in life, there will always be a way out and a path to a better future.

It is important to keep this promise in mind when faced with hardships. By focusing on the eventual ease that will come, we can remain patient, hopeful and have faith that things will get better. When we have faith in Allah (SWT) and trust in His plan, we can find peace and comfort in the knowledge that He will not abandon us in our time of need.

Allah says:

Surah Ash-Sharh (94:5-6) – “Indeed, We will soon ease you into ease after hardship.”

These verses remind us that Allah is with us during times of hardship and will eventually ease our difficulties. They encourage us to have faith in Allah and trust that He has a plan for us, even if we cannot see it at the moment.

Theses verses highlight the importance of perseverance and resilience in the face of challenges and difficulties. The verse encourages believers to remain steadfast and have patience during hardships, as Allah promises that relief will come with it.

Allah says

Surah Al-Talaq (65:7) – “And Allah promises those who believe and do righteous deeds among them forgiveness and a great reward.”

The phrase “verily, with the hardship, there is relief” can be interpreted in multiple ways. Some scholars suggest that this refers to the relief one feels after overcoming a difficult situation, while others believe that it refers to the help and support that Allah provides during trials and tribulations.

Regardless of the interpretation, the underlying message of the verse is clear: Allah is with us, and He will provide us with the strength and support we need to overcome any challenges we may face. This message of hope and comfort can be a source of comfort and inspiration during difficult times, and can help us to remain optimistic and focused on our goals.
